Angela is the liaison between Harper Cancer Research Institute and its community partners, student organizations, and external organizations. She is responsible for communicating the mission of the Institute and its community marketing efforts. Angela serves on various Notre Dame and community cancer-focused committees.

Angela oversees the Research Cures Cancer Corps (RC3) program opportunity for area high school students to work in HCRI's cancer research labs. RC3 is a summer-long program with personal and professional growth enhancements. This effort encourages participants to pursue a career in biomedical fields - particularly cancer research.

Angela also coordinates the Institute's wide range of activities, from symposiums to community events and HCRI's flagship event, Cancer Research Day.

Angela received her Master of Nonprofit Administration from the University of Notre Dame and her undergraduate in Marketing from Indiana State University. She has worked for the University of Notre Dame since 2004 and joined the staff at Harper in 2011.
