Cellular and Animal Models of Breast Cancer

Tracy Vargo has research expertise in in vitro organotypic cell culture and in vivo animal models of breast cancer. Currently, she collaborates with Dr. Ryan Roeder’s laboratory to assist with the development of cellular and mouse models of breast cancer for investigation of the potential of nanoparticle x-ray contrast agents to improve mammographic detection of breast cancer.
