Applications for the Peer Reviewed Cancer Research Program (PRCRP) are being solicited by the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs, Defense Research Program. The Fiscal Year 2011(FY11) Defense Appropriations Act provides $16 million to the Department of Defense(DOD) PRCRP to improve quality of life by decreasing the impact of cancer on service members, their families and the American public. This program is administered by the U.S. Army Medical Research and Materiel Command (USAMRMC) through the Office of the Congressionally Directed Medical Research Programs (CDMRP).
