Harper Highway Clean-up

Once again, members of the Harper Cancer Research Institute took to the streets near campus (Hwy 933 between the Inn at St. Mary's and Beacon Memorial Hospital) to pick up trash, cigarette butts, and more than a few golf balls (seven this time!) prior to graduation weekend. Sometimes one person's trash becomes another's treasure (Kate White found a $20 bill)!

It's all part of our partnership with the Adopt-a-Highway program. Several times each year you can find us sporting bright yellow vests working hard and enjoying time together outside our offices or labs. Often our efforts are rewarded with refreshments following the clean-up! If interested in volunteering for our next clean-up, please contact Aviva Wulfsohn
